Daily Exercise

modelbeahaviour yes you are active :).. I do the same, execpt for jumping jacks i can't seem to get past 100 without cramps in my stomach. And instead of squats ( im pear shaped all the way) I do stomach work.
 
Half an hour running, half walking ^_^ And I had an hour of PE class, I guess that counts too :unsure::lol:
 
i just read the 'pear shaped' article posted on the last page, and it was so interesting to feel so identified with what i was reading. and then i felt even better to see that there were others like me!

i haven't excercised in over two years, and last year i lost 15 pounds (without any excercise and no starving) so everything's far from tonified..
i started fast walking a week ago, and i wasn't sure if i should add inclination to the treadmill or if should even try running if i could.

"tonified" is a great word. i am going to implement in into my vocabulary. :lol:

i just head on the news this morning that millions of dollars a year are being spent by people for visits to the doctor due to yoga injuries! i could see how you could easily pull something if you aren't careful though.

I did 'THE WORKOUT' :rofl:
50 pull ups
50- on the abdominal machine thingy
5 mins on the bike.
Stretching!

I missed working out yesterday because I was busy and the gym in my building was closed, can't work out tonight because a comrade of mine is having a birthday party, so I gotta make up for it this weekend for sure. =/

I HATE my thighs. Ugh. I'm not sure if Im helping by running on the tread for 30 min/4 times a day (7.0 mph - so I burn around 310 calories on it).Do you guys think that going on the elliptical would be better for my thighs (I need them slimmer)?
