Daily Exercise

Hey! Anyone have good tips on firming the buttock? I've been doing all types of exercises to firm and shape my butt and I can't see any change. Maybe it's genetics and it's hopeless...?:cry:
 
Spent 2 and a half hours in the pool today swimming lap after lap after lap... very refreshing ^_^
 
hockey, walking, jumping :ninja: Im eating twice the calories I burnt, I am SO tired and hungry :p
 
walked two miles

200 various crunches
50 push-ups
200 side leg lifts (100 each leg)
100 scissor splits
100 other but-thingies

With bumbells
200 bicep curls (100 each arm)
100 'movements' infront of my chest
50 'movements' behind my back
50 'movements' over my head
 
Walked 4 miles in the morning
did 1 hour bootcamp at lunch
was thinking of doing 1 hour yoga after work but i'm not sure:unsure:

Edit - I just noticed that I wrote bumbells in my previous post, :doh: of course I meant dumbbells :lol:

2 miles jogging
2 miles on the treadmill
20 push-ups (real ones, not the girly ones)
hip abductor machine things (2 sets of 15 for each machine)
lots of stretching
 
I just but a cardio dvd from Shape, like the magazine for women, and it is so hard! its basically different dance moves and they move so fast! so i not enjoying it lol
so I just stuck with my 40 minutes of pilates with a 50 minutes walk...
50 crunches, 20 sqwats
