Daily Exercise

1 hour of kick-boxing. I always feel so good after these classes. & my arms are starting look very toned :p
 
Last night

Ran 2 mi
Started to lift weights but remembered how boring i find weight lifting to be
Stationary bike 20 min
some mat work for abs and back
 
I love kickboxing, I can't wait until my leg's alright and I can do it again! Kickboxing gave me flexibility I never even had as a kid, and really strengthened my abs and hip muscles. :heart:

This morning I did a short swim session, only 2.5km, as arms were still pooped from upping my weights at gym 2 days ago. I've just returned from a 90min dog walk over the bush trails here by the river, too.
 
Me again, this afternoon I did:

60mins of increasing effort and speed on elliptical trainer, 610 Cals
30mins easy recovery on bike, 168 Cals

Am puckered. Tomorrow will just have an easy swim in the morning and just weights and ab work in the arvo, no heavy cardio.

last night just multiple situps andcrunches during america's top model :)..the results are really showing today!

This morning I did a pyramid set at swimming, 3.2km. Gym tonight, upperbody weights. My arms are still pooped, so I'm not too sure how I'll go.. hopefully I won't drop a dumbell on my head or something! :doh:

What I am going to try that's new are some squats, the first weight training I've done with this leg other than calf raises. I don't think I'll use any weights for this first time, just body weight, and see how my leg likes it.

30 minutes on the elliptical
30 minutes on the bike (6.46 miles!)
stretching

I'm tired and a little sore, but I feel pretty good! :woot:

After brekkie this morning I took my dog for a 4km walk with my walking stick, and this afternoon I did my upperbody weights and the squats. My arms were tired, I really needed to have left it for another day, but got through it all. Stuffed now, though!

That is so funny-I did the very same thing!

25 minutes run uphill on treadmill
40 minutes dumbell (biceps & tricepts)
50 squats
50 pushups
100 situps
 
30 minutes on the treadmill (alternated between 3.3 speed with no incline & 3.5 speed with no incline)
30 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the bike (3.35 miles!)
stretching
 
30 mintues uphill run on treadmill
50 press ups
50 squats
70 situps
20 minutes of dumbell
10 minutes of calf raises
 
Nothing for me today, it's a day off! So... I went for a 5km doggy walk instead. :lol:
