30 minutes on the treadmill (3.4 speed with no incline)

I'm so proud of myself that I was able to work out for an hour and a half without getting too tired! It seems like yesterday that I could barely work out for an hour without feeling exhausted!! :woot:

I went to the gym for an hour yoga class.

Some nights the gym is the most depressing place b/c everyone there looks better than I do! I thought working out was supposed to be a self esteem builder!

rpm class this morning and Ill head back to the gym this arvo for 30mins on the cross trainer

15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with no incline)
30 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the bike (3.11 miles)
stretching

I bought a bike the day before yesterday! :buzz:

It's a pretty simple, all glossy black one without gears and has a foot brake. Low tech!

I ride it to and from work, for errands... It's such fun and I'm getting great excercise without really doing anything special! :woot:

Yesterday
30 min elliptical
Circuit training for 35 min
stretching

Today
30 min elliptical
weights and ball squats
stretching

Well I started with 20 min last year and now I'm able to run up to 70-80 min ^_^ I usually run 60 min max though!

today only 50min run, cause I had to pee:lol:

^ It's good to know that you started at 20 mins. ^_^ Makes me feel like eventually I'll be able to run for an hour too, if I build up my endurance! :woot:
