Daily Exercise

i haven't been going and today I'm going to force myself to get on the bike and pedal.
 
I usually do between 30mins - 2 hours walking per day, plus anywhere between 10-45 mins on the exercise bike (depending how lazy I feel!) and some light arm weights and sit ups and crunches. Today though all I've done is 20 mins on the exercise bike =\
 
I went to yoga this morning and felt so stretched out I ran 2 miles afterwards and did some light weights.
 
I haven't gone to the gym since Tuesday so I made myself go today:

20 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 3.0 incline)
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.4 speed with 3.0 incline)
10 minutes on the bike (3.63 miles :D)
stretching

I'm glad that I did go because I feel pretty good now. :woot:
 
I ran 1 hour and 5 minutes yesterday. Will be doing the same tomorrow.
Tomorrow's the marathon in Paris... but I'm not doing it! :-)

last week daily:
40-50 min stationary bike
stretching, more stretching
push ups,
+ yesterday's walking in the park and some horizontal bar exercises
 
I felt bad that I didn't go to the gym yesterday because I couldn't stop watching and reading the news. So I had to go to the gym today:

15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 3.0 incline)
1 hour of strength training with my personal trainer
stretching
