Daily Exercise

p*ssy cat dolls and christina concert.. Danced for a few hours in heels <3
 
I'm supposed to be doing 40 laps of swimming every other day and a 4.52 km run everyday.
But I've sprained my ankle, so I've cut down... by alot.
 
waitress..and a shape dance dvd with hiphop, jazz, folk, latin....
 
30 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill (alternating between 3.5 speed with 3.0 incline & 3.5 speed with 2.0 incline)
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.5 incline)
15 minutes on the bike (5.50 miles

& I walked most of the way home from the gym; I was going to walk all the way home, but it started to rain again...so I took the bus :doh:
 
30 minutes on the elliptical

YAY--I went to the gym four days in a row and I just noticed that my legs have some definition! :clap:


 
B)i live in a pedestrian city. due to that, my daily mode of transportation are my legs and i'm counting that as exercise!
