My personal trainer cancelled our appointment at the last minute, but I decided to work out by myself:
30 minutes on the elliptical 15 minutes on the treadmill (alternating between 3.5 speed with 1.5 incline & 3.5 speed with 2.0 incline) 15 minutes on the bike (5.46 miles
) stretching & I walked home from the gym since it was a beautiful day (I ran an errand on the way though)
1 hour of strength training with my personal trainer
