Daily Exercise

I ran 3 miles today after work. I will do 3 tomorrow...geez if I can just do 3 miles a day for a week I know I'd feel great.
 
yesterday: 1.5 hours on elliptical
today: 1hr pump class, 40 mins elliptical & 20mins treadmill
feeling supeeerrb!

10 min elliptical (3km, but I can't really believe that)
40 min pilates
50 sidekicks

My personal trainer cancelled our appointment at the last minute, but I decided to work out by myself:

30 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill (alternating between 3.5 speed with 1.5 incline & 3.5 speed with 2.0 incline)
15 minutes on the bike (5.46 miles

& I walked home from the gym since it was a beautiful day (I ran an errand on the way though)

I'm going to get back into the fitness regime and eating more healthfully. I always feel better when I do both of those things.

My goal for tomorrow (or...today...it's 1:38 AM). Dance for one hour. Crunch series. Stretches.
