Daily Exercise

1 hour of strength training with my personal trainer
15 minutes on the elliptical
stretching
& a lot of walking
 
This reminds me that I haven't exercised today. :sick: I walked around a few stores, but that's it.
 
15 minutes on the elliptical
30 minutes on the bike (11 miles)
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.5 incline)
stretching
walked the dogs with my uncle
& a lot of walking
 
today: 1 hour 10 mins on cross trainer
20 min run
and 20 mins abs
half marathon here I come
 
day before yesterday:
50 min stationary bike
tonning

yesterday:
tonning
Pilates
20 min stationary bike
 
yesterday...walked to the beach, walked ALL over wildwood..walked on the boardwalk morning and evening

(i did a lot of walking) haha
 
Nothing yet, aside from running up and down the stairs, but I do hope to go on a four or six mile walk later on today.
