Daily Exercise

yesterday: 30 min tready
25 min elliptical

today: 1hour elliptical & 30mins weights
 
You guys are all such an inspiration!

Daily 1.5 hour walks. And of course, just watching what I eat!
 
10 minutes on the bike (3.9 miles)
1 hour of strength training with my personal trainer
stretching
& a lot of walking
 
Yesterday: About 2 hours of Dance Dance Revolution-it really is the most fun exercise ever.

Today: I'll be running about 1 1/2 miles this evening.

You guys are all such inspiritations to get out there and exercise! Good luck!
 
I strolled around the Seattle Center for a good four hours. I figure it's enough exercise for one day.
 
Well, I moved from a house to an apartment complex so now I have a gym! Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the eliptical and about 15-20 min of squats, lunges, etc. Hopefully I'll have enough courage to use the treadmill tonight...
 
30 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.5 incline)
15 minutes on the bike (5.65 miles!

Yesterday it was an hour of taekwondo, and I'm hoping to make it to the gym later today to do some cardio.
