Daily Exercise

hey where are my fellow exercisers :p

today was a slow day...
i feel like i'm getting sick....

so 30mins bike
20mins weights
10mins stretch

I've been resting and taking it very easy since I sprained my ankle:

Saturday

walking dogs for 2 hours
30 minutes on the bike (8.5 miles)

Sunday

a lot of walking
 
I haven't really been doing any exercise in the last month or two :blush:
That's going to change now though ^_^

6.5 miles of biking
2 hours of badminton with 15 minutes of running included..
 
35 minutes elliptical
25 minutes cycling
stretching

My workout didn't feel good today. I wasn't able to push myself well. Perhaps is was because I went there after a full, tiring day of work. Anyways...:(
 
^ I think today must be a bad workout day :(
I did 25mins on the treadmill & 30 on the elliptical but didnt have the same energy as normal. Always tomorrow though!
 
I played hide and seek/chase outside with my cat this morning for about 20 minutes. I was pooped after. He doesn't even have to try!
 
omg... I feel so guilty of doing nothing...
I cleaned (a little) my swimming-pool... does it count?
 
sure....every little bit counts :lol:

only 15mins of weights today....
trying to ease back into it after a week with the flu....
 
Oh, don't even mention exercise! I've been slacking badly this entire summer. I just don't enjoy going on walks anymore.
 
I used to jog a lot, but now...:doh: Walking around campus and climb 6 flights of stairs 5 days a week to get to classes is enough exercise for me :lol:
 
Yesterday I've been running around Amsterdam with 20 kilos luggage- enough exercise for the whole week :lol:
