30mins bike
20mins run
10mins fast walk
10mins stretch

i think i've pulled a muscle....ouch...

Ohwell, I am going on my trampoline for some excersize ;)

Hmm..I'm kinda surprised no one has replied. Anyways, trampoline is fine. It's not really about doing the hardest workout, it's more about doing whatever you're willing to do and what makes you feel good. However, it's a good idea to do something most days of the week, if not every day (just don't burn yourself out). :flower:
 
- 15 minutes of weights/strength
- 100 situps
- 20 minute powerwalk

I love to swim - hard, and fast. I do four sets of these ladders:

I love to swim, too. I regret not being able to the entire summer; there's just something about being in the water that calms me.

I played soccer for an hour and a half today.

yellowetpink - I would suggest routines for you, but I'm not sure what you like to do exercise-wise or what kinds of equipment you have access to etc. I completely agree with moirla that it's all about what you want to do and what you feel comfortable doing. I'd definitely recommend 30-60 minutes of exercise on most days. I think cardio exercises like jogging or brisk walking would be good. :flower:

yesterday: 15 mins bike, 20 mins stepper
today: weights and a 1 hour long class with exercise to tone yout abs,legs etc

I am to young for the gym, but I have access to a good pool.
When the weather is nice, I'll start cycling again.
My walk to school is about a mile so both ways 2miles a day. We walk fast aswell, as we are late most of the time =]
 
So I've been kind of taking the summer off when it comes to working out :ninja: I started again last week, and I thought it would be a good idea to join this thread for motivation :lol:

This week so far I've done
Monday: 45 minutes of strength training
Yesterday: 1 hour spinning class
Today: 1 hour spinning class (same instructor and same program as yesterday, which I didn't really expect. But it was a really good one so I guess I won't complain :lol:)

I twisted my left ankle when my dogs were trying to chase a squirrel so I have to take it a little easier again. :(

me too^ :) tho I don't do as much as you all. But I'm thinking about starting to go to dance classes again 3 times a week!

I took the day off from the gym yesterday, but today I did about 1 hour of strength training.
