Daily Exercise

1 hour walking to and from work
2 hours walking to and from the gym
30 min. of swimming
20 min. sauna (i think it's exersise cause your heart pumps like crazy)

20mins bike
15mins power walk
15mins run
10mins weights/stretching
 
Oh, don't even mention exercise! I've been slacking badly this entire summer. I just don't enjoy going on walks anymore.

I'm currently in Vienna and although I walk around the city the whole day I still don't feel fit. I'm planning on starting a strict exercise regime the day I go back to Dubai.

don't worry, usually I'd do like

1 hour of walking and 1 h. swimming or other rigious aerobic exercise.
It's just that i have a lot of time on my hands these days and trying to get fit fot fall. ^_^
 
Today I realised there are only 2 weeks left till school so I said bye bye to summer lazyness :D

1 hour walking/jogging
15 min on stepper
weights for legs
and gonna do some crunches and leg lifts later ^_^
 
30mins bike
10mins power walk
20mins run
10mins stretch

today was a great workout....the run was particularly good
 
My ankle has finally healed, but I'm going to try and take it easy--

Yesterday:

15 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.0 incline)
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.4 speed with 2.0 incline)
15 minutes on the bike (5.50 miles)
stretching
& a lot of walking

i havent really posted in a long while...esp on this thread

old newbee alert..

anyways id like to ask a favour to anyone out there whos willing to answer.. well for starters im 5'11 male and im quite thin..but after slacking on exericise quite a bit off late i feel my thighs have gone out of proportion..especially comapred to how lean my arms are ..(id like my thigh circumference to be around 48cm no 51)... Ive noticed that i couldnt get into one of my old skinny jeans...figured out it was exercise time... can anyone out there recommend some kind of exercise to slim me thighs down? help me plz luvly folks.. :).. should i just run or are there better exercises... arigato
