Yesterday: 10 km of fitness bike
Today: 11 km of fitness bike.
I'm really happy to have bought one: since 3 weeks I got it (same exercises every day, and it takes me less than an hour a day), my legs are really more toned, so are my arms. My waist and hips are more defined and my tummy is not as prominent as before.
Who has also a fitness bike and what are the results you have observed?
