Daily Exercise

Today:
25 minutes total walk to and from the gym
10 minutes warm up on bike
1 hour strength training
 
1 hour spinning class
1 hour 40 min yoga class

Both were my first time! I survived the spinning but the yoga killed me. I have a bad back and I just cant bend very far in any direction so I dont think I'll go again. Pilates felt much better

I've just started to do classes and I'm committed to once and for all actually make a difference and improve my body.

Do you think doing 1 or 2 classes nearly every day a week with also the odd gym session should be enough to make a difference?
 
Yesterday: 10 km of fitness bike
Today: 11 km of fitness bike.

I'm really happy to have bought one: since 3 weeks I got it (same exercises every day, and it takes me less than an hour a day), my legs are really more toned, so are my arms. My waist and hips are more defined and my tummy is not as prominent as before.

Who has also a fitness bike and what are the results you have observed?

Badminton "boot camp":
Yesterday:
2 hours of badminton

Today:
3 hours of Badminton matches
2 hours of different running and jumping exercises..
- I'm exhausted :ninja:

I haven't been able to go to the gym as much as I wanted this week, but I did 1 hour spinning classes on both Monday and Tuesday, and 1 hour of strength training today. ^_^
 
Yesterday: 30 minutes on step machine
15 minutes on abs

Today: 5 mile run
20 minutes of yoga

There's been drama at my gym since it closed last Wednesday with absolutely no notice for its members. So this is what I've been doing since then:

1 hour of brisk walking
core work
stretching
 
^ That's too bad! Doesn't seem very nice to the members, either.

I played soccer for almost two hours in the hot, beating sun today. :doh:
 
Today:
45min walking
10min bike
stretching/some weight work

I'm coming back to daily exercise :muscles::rofl:
 
I'm going to walk every morning, really early, all the way down to the ferry to take me to school; and then I'll just take the bus for my tired trip home. That should leave me at least 30min of exercise a day, which is really great...and I get to watch the sun rise as I do it :woot:
 
^sounds lovely.! I wish I had motivation to do that. I've tried so many times to get up early to take a run, but I always find myself saying: "tomorrow, tomorrow I will do it" :ninja: It never happens though.

2 hours of badminton, running and jumping exercises included..
