Daily Exercise

Yesterday: 30 minutes running
10 minutes of weights and core

Today: 30 minutes spinning (15 minutes of HIIT)
 
walked to and from work- 5-6ish miles, in addition to the 7 hours spent on my feet @ work, gosh i hope that counts for somethin cuz im not going running after that !
 
Yesterday:

- elliptical for 30 mins
- bike for 25 mins
- rowing machine for 7 mins
 
i dont really go to the gym very much anymore but i play soccer everyday at school
 
- 6.5 miles on the bike
- 2 miles walking on an incline
- 4 mins on the rowing machine
- some light weights for arms work
 
- biked 20 mins
- elliptical for 15 mins
- stairmaster for 7 mins
- walked for 5 mins
- played soccer for 40 mins
