Today, I worked out on the elliptical machine for forty-five minutes at the gym, followed then by an empowering hour and a half long session of yoga with my instructor at her downtown studio.
to giv a picture of my laziness:
i slept in & watched 3 movies,
ddnt even walk to th station like usually..
myeh, im a bit sik.
but i still feel like a slob today
1 hour of wheelchair basketball - so much fun. !
1 hour of other handicap sports
1 ½ hour of hockey against some mentally ******** people,
2 hours of bowling
