Daily Exercise

45 minutes elliptical and 100 sit-ups... hopefully this becomes a trend for me!
 
Today, I worked out on the elliptical machine for forty-five minutes at the gym, followed then by an empowering hour and a half long session of yoga with my instructor at her downtown studio.

to giv a picture of my laziness:
i slept in & watched 3 movies,
ddnt even walk to th station like usually..
myeh, im a bit sik.
but i still feel like a slob today :D
 
Just 30 minutes cardio. I did a silly dance video.

Trying to get back in the swing of things after the flu. I'm still full of gunk but felt like I needed to do something.
 
I wish I had a treadmill or an elyptical because I'd be on it everyday while I was watching tv.
 
What I've been doing 3-4 times a week at the gym:

30 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.0 incline)
15 minutes on the bike (6 miles)
stretching
& a lot of walking

1 hour of wheelchair basketball - so much fun. !
1 hour of other handicap sports
1 ½ hour of hockey against some mentally ******** people, :woot:
2 hours of bowling
 
Yesterday was just 3 miles of running.

(Today, my friend said I look skinny. I wanted to kiss her on the face!) :kiss:
 
20 minutes of pilates
40 minutes yoga..

i wish i could go to the gym too.. but i'm too young :(
 
Wednesday:
30 mins on the elliptical

Thursday:
25 mins on the elliptical

Yesterday:
15 mins on the elliptical
75 sit-ups
50 girl push-ups
a lot of dancing! :woot:
