Daily Exercise

^ I think I'll try a little stretching. I usually experience problems when I start, let's say the first five minutes, if I twist my ankle a little bit, or land a little differently, I feel a little acute pain. But after that it's usually all good.

Is it that I'm not stretching enough? Or could it be a problem with my ankles?

Who wouldn't be addicted to feeling good...:woot:
I have trouble sleeping if i don't workout on my set days.
I love to workout when im ill...within reason of course.
Those "endorphins" etc...certainly have a kick ...;)

"Salute"...everyone.:woot::woot::woot::woot:

yeah i can´t sleep eather. there are no better way to go bed than feeling sore muscles (what muscles? lol) and knowing you gave it all.
but i never dare excercise when i am sick... i knew one guy, well he was not very my friend i just knew him. he was very sick of flu and everything but he still did his workout... then his heart did not take it. it was quick death.
I did not tell this to scare it just came to my mind! and he was training hard.
and there might have been somethingelse too i don´t know.

other great excercise is to dance my butt off at club. all i do is to dance dance and shake. hahah.

:woot:

can´t wate for tomorrow!

:D

There are several possibilities.
Could be something like adequate stretching, dietary, or physical issues in that area.
Any pain is a sign that maybe, somethings up.
A few people just naturally have clicky joints. I do sometimes.

But safety is number one!

^ Thank you, thank you, for your advice Chrisdesigner! I'll definitely take your advice into consideration! :magic:

You are SUCH HELP!

There is a rumor that exercising can send you a little crazy.......
I have seen absolutely no sign of this, on this thread! .....;).........

Point taken...and a very valid point at that.
I do try to self regulate as best as i can. I think i appreciate the addictive element, and that sheer bloody mindedness, that says, " I will not give in today!".

:woot: so many new folks posting - that is awesome!!! great work everyone!!!
just got back in...have my 10k in the morning, so have to get to bed at a reasonable hour tonight. ran 6.25 miles this morning with a running group! (yes, they do exist where you live, you just have to research ;).) most of them are seasoned runners who will be running tomorrow as well. they kept an aggressive pace, but were mindful of all the novices, so no one was left behind at any point. worked on pace, breathing, and energy conservation, as well as running tactics (yeah, it's funny how even the simplest of sports has its own rules.) was a bit winded at the end, but ran comfortably for the most part and am confident for tomorrow.

take care everyone - great posts! :D:flower:

MissDior, cosmicgirli, Jenna-maria, and ChrisDesigner: SUPERB WORKOUTS my friends :D and cosmicgirli - that is the FUN way of getting exercise ^_^

and i ran in my 10K race this morning...and beat my personal goals of finishing in the top half of all runners and running under 50 minutes!!! :woot:

it's one thing to run on your own, it's another to be in a "competitive" environment.

thanks to everyone who has expressed their well wishes - it helped carry me through. and for those of you just getting back into it - i hadn't run regularly or worked out consistently for the last two years!! it wasn't until January when i decided i needed to make a lifestyle change and incorporate it into my daily routine!!!

but of course...i don't want to look at my workout gear or run this distance any time soon ;)
