. its really creepy, he always turns around to look at us! my sister gets mad, i try to calm her down but im creeped out too! as long as he dont expose himself or nothing i guess he is just a harmless weirdo haha

Yeah, you have to watch out for them while exercising. I remember being followed by a car once while out on a trail. It was exciting but slightly creepy. But hey, it got me to run faster, which can only be good.
i laugh at other people's misery but hey thats what he gets!
but burns my legs a lot more than stairmaster! so its like a new challenge
