Today one of my quick release collars come off , while dumbbells were over head....Fortunately, or unfortunately...depending on how ya look at it...:D
it was the outside facing end. Anyhow, had it been the other end, i doubt it would have knocked any sense into me....:lol:

Today:
Warm up, stretch.
Twelve sets of dumbbell bench press.
Four sets of pull overs.
Four sets of dumbbell flys.

Didn't work out at all this weekend but I did do alot of dancing on Saturday night ;).

Today: 45 minute run and I'm up to 100 crunches!

I ran outside on my dirt street from 7:30 to 8:40. :clap: I'm so proud.

I usually don't run outside, but it felt good that the road was uneven and more of a challenge to run on.
 
Yesterday:

- 50 min of football
- And a awesome sprint to catch the train lolol
 
Took a few days off for a Miami trip!! I did go down for Self Magazine's 'Workout in the Park' though! The workouts kicked my butt! It was so much fun though!
 
I've finally gotten back into my swimming routine after recovering from my foot surgery! :clap:

So each day I try to swim a total of 1 mile (~72 laps in a 25m pool), broken down into:

10 laps kick warmup 6 free, 4 breast
1 sprint ladder, freestyle (1 lap, <10 sec pause, 2 laps, <10 sec pause, 4 laps, <10 sec pause, 6 laps, <10 sec pause, 4 laps, <10 sec pause, 2 laps, <10 sec pause, 1 lap, rest)
6 laps sprint breaststroke
1 sprint ladder, freestyle
6 laps sprint breaststroke
10 laps kick cooldown 6 free, 4 breast

On off days I'll play squash or do the elliptical or run, and my boyfriend has gotten me into lifting weights since I tend to only do cardio stuff.

Busy day today...:angry:...Yet I digress...:innocent:

Couldn't get my run in, however did complete weight training set for arms, shoulders, chest, abs, glutes, and legs. Modified exercises with dumbbells for 35 minutes. Gotta tone up for summer B)
 
Oookay so my days haven't improved since my b-day buttttt anyways,
monday: nothing, just walking
tuesday: 1h20min stepper, walking walking
today: walking walking walking about 2h in the sun, oh god
 
Today was that kind of day which I already arrive for training tired lolol

- Swimming - 28 laps
