Daily Exercise

Today

  • 1 hour of football
Tomorow I will probably start with the gym
 
30 minutes on the bike (just over ten miles)
Weight circuit
Billy Banks Ab Dvd with bands
 
yesterday: between 8-10 miles of mountainbiking. i don't think there was a one of us that had a way of really measuring the distance, though :rolleyes: but my legs feel like it was at least 8 miles :lol:
 
i'm wondering.....i usually run on the outdoor track or on a treadmill but sometimes i'm just so darn lazy, i can't bring myself to exert any strenuous excercise. would riding a stationary bike for 30minutes or so still be considered a good way to burning fat?
 
I did like 2 minutes abs and 10 mins bum pilates. Poor. I need to start being fit again you lot are so inspiring me. I am going to go to the gym tomorrow and work hard! Heres fingers crossed to my jeans not being so tight soon!
 
Today

  • Gym:
- 5 min to warmup doing ellyptical
- 40 min of weight exercises
- 10 min to finish the training with the ellyptical again.
 
30 mins on stairs
Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 3-28mins

Monday: 1 h cardio, 10 min abs
Yesterday: 40 minutes weights
Today: rien !

I am really enjoying this thread and reading about all of your amazing efforts, but I think that it is time for me to say goodbye. I really have to get motivated with the diet thing, extra sessions, etc, for me to get really ripped (I'm talking like about 12% body fat, I am around 16% at the moment) and I don't feel that this is the place to do that - I need a specific fitness forum, I think.

I wish you all the best of luck and will check in from time to time and tell you all how awesome you are. :flower::flower::flower:
 
^^you need a nutricionist and a person like a trainer to tell you what u should do for you to get what u what to.
 
after 2 and half weeks out, im glad to be back in the gym!
..2 & half weeks of healing and peeling that is...from my severe red lobster sunburn! (and i just found out today that i have an appt with my dermatologist on Wednesday, she isnt going to be pleased.)

a different 24 hour fitness was closed down for remodeling. but it finally reopened and for that i am grateful because all of the people that have been hogging my gym went back to theirs! haha the air conditioning was on tonight and it wasnt too busy = bliss.

went after work so i was pretty tired, only did 30 mins/2.5 miles on the elliptical
 
Today

  • Gym:
- 10 min of elliptical to warmup
- 1:30 h - weight training(abs, chest, legs, backs, bicep, tricep)
- 10 min of elliptical to finish
 
I woke up early today and did Cardio Kickbox Jillian Michaels DVD. I figure the weather is cooler in the morning. It's starting to get so hot and I hate working out in the summer:p
 
Everyone is amazing working out over an hour every day. So inspiring!:woot:

I'd appreciate some advice.

I'm always traveling and away from home, and find that I fall off my routine easily when my workout depends on the availability of a gym, pool, walking/jogging environment or special equipment. I really need a workout which I can do in my room without weights for muscle and cardio, and some emphasis on the lower body, so that I can keep up a consistent habit anywhere I am. Any tips, ideas would be great!
