Daily Exercise

Walked to the gym from work then gym to home.
Did half an hour aerobics, half an hour of step and half an hour conditioning. My bum hurts.
 
Forgot to post that yesterday I walked six miles. Today I did some dancing, though it hardly comes close to the walk yesterday!
 
i'm happy from last night's workout... last week was slow for me, i was feeling tired and sick... but i'm feeling great now:

30 min treadmill (half jog, half walk with weights, first time i tried that)
30 min bike

20 min weight training (arms, shoulders, then legs and lunges)
several sit-ups.

i had more energy than usual, i love when it happens. i feel great today.
 
I did the Nell McAndrew Ultimate Challenge dvd twice today... but now I'm eating chocolate so that was a waste of time! :doh:
 
I went for a 45 minute bike ride today. It was actually very fun. :)

does walking around for 3 hours in the scorching Seoul heat counts? i think i lost like 5 lbs from sweating ;)
 
i played soccer and baseball today with my friends...

and what's the best way of toning your abs besides sit ups..?
 
Yesterday

  • Gym:
- 10 min on the treadmill
- 5 min stretch
- 2:00 h - weight exercise(abs, shoulders, back, bicep, tricep and legs)
- 10 min on the treadmill to finish the training.

last night:

45 min cardio (run/fast walk treadmill)
arms workout (3 different exercises, 3 sets each)
more squats than i can handle (i finally learned how to do them properly, i can barely walk today)
sit-ups
