How do you all find the time to workout? I am exhusted and hungry after work! Where do you get the energy?
I work 9am-6pm, by the time I get home it is 8ish, cook dinner, then eat by 10pm. After I shower I am ready to sleep by 11pm. How do you guys do it!?!
Or alternatively you could just find little ways to alter your life as it is, like ride to work, take the stairs, run and dance around while you cook your dinner etc. etc. Everything counts 
I think it's going to be a hard summer! But we have daylight savings so it'll be easier to workout later at night when the sun is up. Also, I'm working body pump classes back into my routine next week 
I'm fifteen and I plan on going back to the gym on Tuesday... I used to go five days
a week but I was told that could hurt my growth... Any insight towards that? How
often should I work out?!
