Daily Exercise

this post really encourages me to get off my lazy *** and start moving, so thanks everyone! (i'm not being sarcastic here, it's really nice to read about the effor people put into their daily excercise.) i promise to myself that this week i WILL attend p.e. classes instead of skipping them, like i always do..
 
Ran to gym-3.5 miles
5 sets of squats, 6 sets of calf raises, 6 sets of calf standing raises
30 minute chest workout, fly's, pulldowns, seated curls
100 crunches, 3 sets of roman chair, obliques
Ran home-3.5 miles

I finally got a treadmill I can add to my bi-weekly pilates routine :)

I've been doing in during the hour long young and the restless. I'm at 4 (rpm?)and a 1.5% incline during the show and 5.5 speed at commercials.

Does this routine sound okay? I've been looking up a bunch of different treadmill routines...
 
It's fine, at least you're moving. But you could up the incline more the entire time when you're walking, then bring it back down when you set the speed faster. And soap operas are good to watch while on the treadmill/eliptical. I used to watch Y&R and B&B. ^_^

Today I ran to the gym again-3.5 miles
Did all butt and abs/obliques.
Weighted lunges, worked my hamstrings on various machines, worked the front of my legs, did the seated butt machines where you move your legs in and out, and put weight on it.
Did abs throughout.
Ran home-same distance again.
 
Yesterday: one hour piltates on the Allegro-machine.

My schedule is really tight right now... :(
 
2 days ago- 3 hours surfing
1 day ago- Gym for an hour, 20 mins running the rest weight training.
today- walked down to the the local fish and chip shop lol (i'm calling this my day off...)

Ran to the gym, took an alternate route, ran some hills there
Did 150 crunches
Bench Press, 5 sets
Chest Press, 6 sets
Incline Chest Press, 5 sets
Lat Pull Downs 4 sets
Triceps and Biceps, 4 sets each
Countless calf raises, while standing and sitting
Ran home-7 miles total there to the gym and back.
 
Today: 40 min elliptical, 20min slow run on treadmill, 25 min stretching

32.09 miles road bike
18.1 mph avg
34.4 mph max

Low 60s sunny & low wind from the west
 
Thurs. Nov. 27 - 11:00 am
46.1 miles road bike
