31.56 miles road bike
18.3 mph avg
32 mph max
1:43:02 = about 103 minutes
weight 134 lbs
height 5'6"
1254.78 calories burned
high 60s sunny & wind out of the south

Today: 30 min street-dance, 30 min aerobic, 30 min weight-training+ yoga stretching in the end.

Yesterday: 45min elliptical, 10 min jumping rope
350 crunches, stretching

Yesterday I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and 100 crunches.

I'm just wondering but does anyone know if the amount of time you should exercise is still 35 min a day six days a week? Or is it more now?

^why? there´s a limit of time that you should exercise per day?
I mean...time does not mean anything. you can do an exercise for an hour & you can do other for 20 min & that both make the same effect, you know what I mean?

Today: 30 minutes pilates but I think I'll do more a bit later...

Yeah, I remember that doctors/Nutritionists etc. were saying a few years ago that to stay healthy you should do some sort of exercise for 35 min.s a day five days a week. I'm just wondering if that is still the case or if the amount of time to exercise has gone up?

^well maybe what they were saying is that everybody should exercise at least 35 min per day. time doesn´t mean anything you can do an intensive exercise for 10 min & do other exercise less intensive for an hour when both exercises in the end had the same result in you.

^^Not really true. If you run for an hour it's going to be more beneficial than running for 10 minutes, as an example. The longer you go, the more fat you burn, and it takes about 15 minutes for fat to begin to burn, at 40 minutes you are burning nothing but fat. So the longer the better.

Today I ran 3 miles.

Yesterday ran 4 miles to the gym.
Did 150 crunches.
3 sets of leg press
3 sets of squats
Tons of butt exercises, and did 20 minutes on the treadmill before leaving the gym, just walking on the highest incline, raising my knees as high as possible...THAT's a workout!

all depends of the intensity!
