last night hockey game, third period: jog at 4.5, 2% incline. 5 Speed at times.

my knees are killing me. I'm off to paint a basement for a week so I'll probably do pilates everyday because of the amount of beer i'll be consuming
I try and go to the gym now 4 times a week, use the power plate for 15 minutes, x trainer for 15 doing interval training then weight training yoga, i feel so good after this week!
I'm not sure that I'l be doing anything tonight We had our fire drill at work yesterday, and I had to walk down 25 flights of stairs... My calves are so sore today!
Monday: 1 hour stretching, 1 hour Carmen Electra Fit to strip-DVD , it`s actually quite good workout, especially when used extra-weights in upper-body section
I fractured my coccyx just over 2 weeks ago so can't do much exercise So I'm reeading all this with envy! I'm hoping to find something low impact I can do
