luisa: It was HOT! The room gets heated to about 40 degrees celsius. I usually do stuff like hatha yoga (for stretching out all the knots in my body 'cos I lift weights and do cardio pretty regularly) and power yoga (for training strength). Hot yoga is pretty much like power yoga in a hot room. Felt very revived and detoxed after the session 'cos of the buckets I sweated after!
Jenna-maria: I know what you mean! Haha, I've been doing the LM programmes for quite long now, and most of the instructors are friends - pretty embarrassing when they call out my name in the middle of class though! I am loving the new release for Jam (48). For combat, I like the later releases (>25) as the intensity is so much higher!
Sunday 25 Jan - Chest, back, abs - totally flat now.
And I agree with Meg - form cannot be compromised!! I learnt this the hard way by damaging my right shoulder's rotater cuff, that's why I haven't been training shoulders for a week.
