Daily Exercise

30 minutes walking and in about 1 hours time I'm off to my first ever jazz and hip hop dance class

No worries.:flower:
"One thing at a time, all things in succession. That which grows fast withers as rapidly; and that which grows slow endures."
:flower:

I really have to remeber that. i am terrible impatient, with everything. thank you :flower:

Today: 30 min run on treadmill, 30 min elliptical, lots of exercise for my legs with no weights (gosh, i reallly HATE lunges...), stretching

Today: light weight exercise for my arms, back, chest, shoulders, 1 hour elliptical, lot of crunches and stretching

i've been running around a lot lately so exercise took a backseat for me..
but now am ready to get back to my routine ... yoga, skipping and walking

Jazz class was great fun yesterday,I didn't even realise I was working out but was really out of breath at the end! Also ended up running around a park in snow for about 2.5hrs yesterday.

Today-30 minutes brisk walk

today I did around 30 to 45 mintues of skipping with some ropes. its actually alot of fun, I love it when exercise can be like this! :D

6 Feb - 4km quick run, weights - shoulders + triceps + abs
7 Feb - Spin class, weights - back + biceps

My entire body is aching like crazy now, and I'm hitting the gym later on. I hope I survive!

Great week.
Weights- five days.
Cycling- six days.
Have had a few days snow, and considering i have road bike, with same tyres, this made cycling on snow.......errrr.....errrmmmm.....involving.

today: 40 min run on treadmill, 20 min elliptical, some workout and stretching for my legs and butt; not too much

Debating...Ashtanga 1st series,2hrs or walk by the beach..:innocent:
need to decide in next 15mins.
This week was all Ashtanga yoga, spin class & walks except day off yesterday for rest.

I feel so unfit. Was planning on getting back into my kettlebells this week but my backs acting up again. Does anyone know of any exercises good for backs? I was thinking Yoga or pilates but I can't find any classes nearby.

Depends on what/if there is something wrong with your back. Swinging the kettlebells is somethings hard on "backs" so ease back into it. Good exercises generally are: walking, swimming, yoga, pilates, weight lifting, etc. Spinning is usually uncomfortable b/c of the sitting-leaning-forward position. Nothing else comes to mind right now
It just depends :flower:. I have back "issues" & Pilates (on the machines like the Reformer, etc) did nothing but make it hurt more after years.
YMMV=your mileage may vary
