Daily Exercise

yesterday: 40 min running - with 1.5 miles on 4.0 incline
one set of leg weights
 
I did hoola hoop in front of tv, :D
Pilates an hour
and I ran out to the rocchild's and back with my dad, and we saw baby dears! =)
 
Yesterday: 50 min elliptical, i've tried to rum but my thighs hurt again. this make me so mad, because i WANT to run and i can't :angry:
then did some pilates exercise for the lower body and 10 min jumping rope
 
today: 1 hour elliptical, lots of crunches and stretching (exercises i remember from my ballet/dance classes) 10 min of jumping rope
 
1 hour at the gym:
10 mins bike and arms
10 mins stretching and 40 mins running
 
^Not intentional though! I am an intern for a Political Party and had to leaflet an entire small town :lol:

Today I went for a 30 minute slow jog

Today I was feeling soooo lazy and sluggish! I guess I drank too much last night! :lol:

So I only went for a brisk walk around the lake, for about 50 mins...

2 1/2hrs of Ashtanga incl. 7 handstands :blink: , and a ton of headstands including flipping over into viparita dandasana (backbend but on elbows) & trying to flip back over :unsure: both legs, same time. Didn't injure myself and didn't do much of squat this weekend except indulge in V-day buttercream frosting, so will go do an hour of 'step' later.
