Daily Exercise

I usually do my exercises alone, but whenever I go out running or walking (bike riding and stuff) I try to get someone to come with me. Yesterday I literally dragged my sister with her rollers on for a half hour walk.
By the way, when you go out roller blading, does it makes your muscles get bigger or thinner? and same for the bike?

3 miles on treadmill (running/walking/jogging).
30 minutes on the elliptical

Biking for 24km, it was such a windy day and that made biking much harder.

I feel little tiared at the moment.
 
yesterday: i dont know if it counts, but i was wandering in the forest, cleaned it up and planted new trees (maple) and it was raining. it was really exhausting esp. for 3-4 hours.

today: played basketball
