Daily Exercise

my monday:
5 mile walk, light/recreational swimming, multiple sets of lunges and squats!
 
oh powerwalking is so much fun i kinda like it better than running.
last night powerwalking for one hour

today spinning for 50min
 
Walked to and from work (about 4 km total) and jogged in the evening 12 km in 1 hour and 10 minutes.
 
ran three miles, did some leg weights, and then dragged myself to and from work
