^ Correct, although there's no indication of see rules of the 1st post on the thread's title & the fact is that me & other members have been doing this for ages on this thread & never was any problem ... I remember one time that used to have pages & pages of discussions with people making questions and me and basically other fellow member that doesn't come here anymore would loose several time answering the members' questions. As long there's limits about 'advising' the members here, I think it's okay, but anyway rules are rules.

45min Spinning.

I took the summer 'off' from exercise but now I'm getting started again and it feels so good :woot:
