Daily Exercise

I ran for an hour in a raging wind and rain storm. Strengthens your immunity.
 
30 min elliptical.
20 min medicine ball exercises.
10 min triceps & chest press.
 
40 mins cycle on hill setting
10 mins eliptical on interval
10 mins treadmill

40 minute walk to and from work

all my exercise has been very gentle today - i feel a bit worse for wear and haven't eaten very much, so i just listened to my body and didn't push things
 
40min power walk
1h40min static bike
20min steps
5min climbing the stairs up and down(running)
200 abd
200 squats

25 min elliptical
5 min stretch
15 min medicine ball exercises
20 min chest & triceps press
