Daily Exercise

20 min elliptical.
5 min stretch.
3 sets of 10:
- twist back extension.
- triceps press.
- chest press.
 
1 hr heavy weights 3x a week

2 2hr weight circuit geared to fat burning 2x a week

20 miles run each week (4x 5 miles)

2 hours of bball twice a week
 
yesterday - 20mins run, 40mins power walk in intervals

today - 35mins run, 25mins power walk in intervals
 
30 min pilates and an extra 30 min walk cause the weather was amazing (hope it stays)!
 
20 min treadclimber.
10 min elliptical.
5 min stretches.
3 sets of 10:
- twisted back extension.
- chest press.
 
1 hr walk/ run again....probably half half this time.. was feeling a bit pooped..:p
 
Bootcamp cardio 30 min.
Power Pilate 30 min.

Damn me, I wanted to do yoga in the evening, but I enjoyed couple breezers while cooking and eating, so I couldn`t do it.
