Daily Exercise

walking walking walking walkning, basically I have walked about 1000000000km in last two days. or at least it feels like so. my legs are so sore.

20 min running speed intervals.
15 min stationary bike.
Twist back extension - shoulder press - medicine ball.

yesterday, 30min run.. then 30min circuit training

today, 1 hr vinyasa flow yoga (hot)..

3 sets of 20 sit-ups
um, I have a question. Are ball exercise sit-ups better than the traditional floor sit-ups?

Has any of you tried the Easytone Reebok shoes? I got a pair this week for my birthday, and they seem to make a difference in the way my muscles work, but I'd like to hear more opinions...

Thanks! :p

^^ I prefer the medicine ball sit ups, mainly because there's some added weight & helps with performance & toning. It all depends on how you use it, how many repetitions, etc. 3 sets of 10 is a good start.

It all depends on what you're looking for. If you're after building up your core and stability perhaps stick with the ball sit-ups, however if you want a some nicely visible abs there are a variety of exercises available such as floor sit-ups, leg raises, oblique twists, overhead rope crunches, decline sit-ups etc. Not all at once though haha.

Whatever you choose, once your sets start to go stale add some weight to keep you progressing :)

1 hour walk, 1 hours swimming, 4 hours running around at work! and 45min bike ride.
Pretty much my daily routine
