past two days, one hour swims
hopefully i can get another hour in today
 
45 strengthening cardio (cardio and weights elements) + 40 cardio on elleptical machine
 
20 min run
20 min eliptic
Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred-day 6
 
30 min treadclimber.
Twist back extensions - basic ab exercises.
Shoulder press.
Ovehead seated row.
Tricep press.
Seated bicep curl.
 
40 minutes on the treadmill
20 minutes on the elliptical
30 strength training
10 minute stretch
 
You guys are amazing!! I have to drag myself to the gym, even though I am happy once I'm there. I did 1 hour of body pump today :)
 
30 minute run @ 8km/hour
20 minute walk w. the dogs
