Daily Exercise

tuesday: 30 minutes running/power walking
wednesday: 30 minutes incline intervals/power walking
 
I love running! It's exhilarating! My mother says it's boring to run in place for so many laps, but I enjoy it. :D I feel healthy and invigorated. It helps me kick start my day.

3.25 miles is better than 0.00 laps. :p You're still ever so awesome, SS.
 
Ran 3.25 miles on the treadmill with the incline at 15 the entire way. Lifted upper body weights for 30 minutes, only one set below my actual body weight, the rest were above.
