Daily Exercise

^ Kelly was funny! Anderson is so cute, i'm surprised he didn't do a lot of the exercises but you can tell he works out :brows: hayyy

I think he was just conscious about not looking like he was you-know-what;)
But Kelly totally put him on the spot:lol:

I actually haven't been working out the last few days, my knee has been killing me, it's an old cycling accident injury that flares up from time to time. I don't know what to do. I can't find my dumbbells.

I did Yoga for 40 min. (Betheny Frankel's Skinny Girl DVD) and 10 min. of strength training. It's a nice change from circuit training and the treadmill.

For a few days now, I've been running on the treadmill (at home). I would run for an hour (well, sort of). Every twenty minutes, I would take a minute long break.

Last night was 1 hour of treadmill, some hills, some sprints, some walking, burned almost 400 calories so it was a good workout. I'm also sore today.

I'm a bit surprised though that I'm not losing more weight. I eat a vegan diet, barely any carbs and processed food like the fake meats/cheeses. Basically veggies and fruit with a few legumes. I don't know how to make the darn scale budge. Maybe my exercising is plateauing.

This past week, I've been jogging outdoors after about a month of being confined indoors because of snow and ice :woot:. 33 km total in three sessions. I've been running on the treadmill during this time so it wasn't too bad, but I was pretty sore after the first time. Here's to no more ice this winter :)

30 minute walk.
Dude and I are joining a gym next week! We found one near us that he likes for weightlifting, that still has a decent set of elliptical machines! Elliptical is my favorite.
