Yesterday I did 45 minutes on the treadmill, 35 minutes weight lifting with kettlebells (those are tough!!) and 10 minutes hip excercises.
Today 15 km jog. Took it nice and slow, so 1 hour and 33 mins. I'm full of endorphins right now (and assorted aches and pains although I think it's from the heavy, nasty kettlebells )
Used to go jogging for 3.5 m but stopped in winter what with the snow because I'm a bit of a wuss
I've got a tredmill but I got off feeling dizzy and like I was still moving even though I was standing still - does anyone else get this?! I also do yoga and some weights and calisthenics. Hula hooping with a weighted hoop is fun, too
Question: How do y'all bounce back from a day of high-intensity exercise. After yesterdays ride I really feel like napping all day/eating everything in my fridge. Although the sore-all-over feeling is something I really revel in. Slept like a log last night too.
