Daily Exercise

The hula hoop I ordered came today! :woot: 3lbs weighted and a lot bigger than I expected. :lol:

So today I focused on that and some very light weight training. I'm so sore from the hooping it's unbelievable.
 
Ooh is Zumba any good? I've heard of it but it looks a bit pricey

Zumba is so overrated, boring and overrated.

Anyway, that is just mine opinion.

TODAY

20min on trademill
60min of Bodypump

I had to take it easy after being sick for one week.
 
Yesterday

30min on trademill
60min bodycombat

Today

50min spinning
30min on trademill
 
Today: 60 minute bike ride.
My bike is in the shop now though getting new bearings, so I will have to find other ways to entertain my legs til Thursday.
 
yesterday 1 hour gym sesh including cardio and weights then I did the 1000 steps and today lifted weights tomorrow I'll do cardio :)
