I've started up my running training again, and started slow this morning. Interval running for 1.63km (with a beagle stopping to sniff everything), taking 17:10 minutes.
Got injured real bad for doing too much workouts (was doing it 6 days a week for 2h30). For the next month I can only work my upper body so doing weight lifting twice a week and abs too.

I started Crossfit classes this month. I'm only in my third class and I can assure it's one of the intense workouts out there! Starting with 2 times a week.
I've was almost unexercised for almost 2 years, so i'm beggining all over again going very calm step by step doing some exercise plans i' found on the internet.
right now i'm on the second level of the exercise plan, and today i went for a 15 min jog, 20 sit-ups, 10 lunges. plus i add a 100 crunches every day to get my stomach fitted.
Tomorrow i have to go for a 20 min jog and some 20 crunches (those added to my 100 usually do makes them 120 )
