Daily Exercise

Thursday: 20 mile bike ride
Friday: 4 mile bike ride
Today: 5 mile bike ride
 
One hour on my XL Glider. Only my second day of exercise since my four hour treadmill event. That wrecked my legs so badly, I could barely walk for a couple of days.
 
Monday: 1 hour run
Tuesday: 1 hour run
Wednesday: 1 hour run
Thursday: 1 hour run
Friday: rest
Saturday: 1 hour run
Sunday: rest
 
Thursday: 16 mile bike ride
Friday: 12 mile bike ride
Today, it's raining but if that clears up 8 miles.
