Daily Exercise

Tuesday: 12 mile bike ride
Wednesday: 30 minutes of elliptical, and also weights.
 
Thursday: Nothing
Friday: hour of cardio, 30 minutes of weight machines
Today: 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weight machines
 
30 minutes of elliptical, 20 minutes walking on the treadmill at the highest incline, an hour of weights.
 
Yesterday I did nothing.
Today: 30 minutes of treadmill walking on an incline, 30 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes on the stationary bike.
 
I recommend you Sylwia's Wiesenberg method called Tonique:) you watch watch some of her videos on youtube , just type Sylwia Wiesenberg.
 
10 minutes of stairs, running and crazy dancing(something like cardio i guess)... 45 reverse crunches, 40 sit-ups and 100 crunches.

Mon- 30 min power walk
Wed- Soul Cycle
Friday- Soul Cycle
Saturday - 25 minute power walk/run
Sunday - Soul cycle :)

I'm feelin' dead!

30 minutes of elliptical, 30 minutes of stationary bike at the gym.
