Although most of the posts go into more detail than I had in mind I thought that dancers "warm up" clothing and casual wear was what was inspiring trends not their tutus and gowns. My sister is going to the National dance school in Canada and she sports the cutest casual ballet wear like wrap tops, leg warmers, cut off black tights, different colored soft soled ballet shoes, and body pieces with all sorts of designs and cuts in the back if anyone has any pictures of ballet casual wear to post to go along with what im describing that'd be great.

Ralph Mecke is wonderful. He's a frequent contributer to German Vogue - I remember some of those shots from a particular editorial.
