i don't understand how derek lam hasn't gotten a plagiarist lawsuit yet....

balenciaga and chloe should definitely be filing one...i find it hard to believe it doesn't outrage some people

I hate it when you look at a collection and you can easily spot the "influences". In this collection I see YSL, Balenciaga, Prada, Chloe and Marc Jacobs with the bags. I know nothing is new under the sun but this was too easy.

Love that his collections all have a classical element to them... like this collection... not love, but like. A splash of color here and there is always nice.

FYI he is producing the bags. So watch out for them. The manager at the boutique I shop at said at the buy.....they had the handbags and they are really great and nice...and really nice quality...but $$$. He said he thinks the bag idea to do them were from the Tod's thing
