Dermalogica

L.A.Woman85 I'd get a 'face map' made by a certified Dermalogica esthetician/beautician.. to get you an idea what would be best for you..

the precleanse, daily microfoilant and multivitamin power recovery mask are big favorites

I agree it's best to go on their rec, but I personally love Special Cleansing Gel, Multi-Active Toner, Active Moist, Daily Microfoliant and Multivitamin Mask (normal/combo).

On a side note this time round I'm REALLY not liking the eye make up remover...I got it because eyes are uber sensitive but it takes me twice as long to get it off and I don't even wear waterproof or anything!

Okay I have really dry skin that's acne prone and I was wondering about these products and if I should buy them or not.

They are from the Clean Start Line

Wash Off
Bedtime for Breakouts
Hit the Spot

yeah I'm thinking about placing my first order, but unfortunately no dermalogica face mapping person near me....guess I'll just have to poke around and see what works and doesn't....

I got my order, no extra fee :)

I received these products: precleanse, ultracalming cleanser, soothing spray, daily microfoliant, barrier repair, total eye care, climate lip control, can't wait to try them out

but I don't really know in which order, my facemapping put some tips on my sheet (like I don't need cleansing in the morning 'cause I don't wear makeup etc), maybe like this (help?)? and when do I do the eye care, morning or evening? yeah, still a bit clueless on beauty products :D but keen on learning it all!

morning: soothing spray, day cream

evening: precleanse, ultracalming cleanser, soothing spray, dialy microfoliant, barrier repair

Hooray

After reading through this forum, I found myself purchasing online the precleanse and daily microfoliant. I've just received them both in the mail this afternoon, only 2 days after placing my order. So if anyone in Australia are looking for cheap dermalogica products, I highly recommend the site http://beautyshop2u.com.au/ for fast delivery and good service!! Can't wait to try them both :woot:

What is your skintype Meg? I have a few friends that could help suggest some options :flower:

Has anyone tried any of the spot treatments from Dermalogica (Overnight Clearing Gel and Sebum Clearing Masque)?

which other moisturizers can be recommended? I have barrier repair now, it's ok but I don't see much improvement on my skin

I use Active Moist, Valkyrie. It's light & not too thick, which is best for my combination skin.

Valkyrie - I LOVE skin smoothing cream - it's for normal to dry skin.

angela xx -I have the Overnight Clearing Gel and it's pretty good

thanks belowen but that would be too greasy for me I don't have oily skin :(

hanne, thanks I'm going to try that one out, just ordered a 50ml tube :D

has anyone tried the chromawhite product line? opinions?

it's new in europe

This thread has convinced me, my local salon does face mapping, so Im heading down there later today.

So it fades pigmentation? Scars? I might have to book another facial, last time she said I had some acne scars, maybe she will recommend some of this line.

yes it evens out the skin tone etc etc, you can find information on several sites

but I would love to know someone elses experience before I purchase

my facialist doesn't have the line yet so she has no clue about the products, but I can order it (Europe)

^is it a sort of 'whitening' line ?
If so they probably tested it on an asian consumer market first, as whitening products are so popular in Asia.. maybe some of our members from that part of the world would be able to offer some insights ? :flower:
