Look what I found on Saks:

Pucci's doing the dumb rain boots trend, too. Kind of a cute choice, considering their whimsy, colorful prints.

But here's the kicker:

$100

So, that just about guarantees that we'll be seeing them quite alot in the coming monthes.

Didn't Pucci do these last season as well?

They were around the same price and pretty popular as well.

I almost want to ask the question:

 Why so cheap?

Supposedly so they can sell 400,000,000 of them.

Probably so cheap because they're made of rubber.

At first glance I thought them foul, but if you wore them with understated clothing, they could look pretty cool.

I'd give them a chance, but I will not buy them..

nice colorful boots! i like the design but, i dont know if i would wear them. hmmm

Hehehehe, I like them. I wouldn't wear them, and certainly not buy them, but heeee! So colorful and silly. LURRRRVE. I wonder if they have any other patterns and colors?

Marc Jacobs also has some of these rubber wellingtons for fall.... in bright purple!

I guess you could call it a "trend" :P

Cute, don't love all of the colors together, and rainboots are a little bit "Barney Generation" for me, but at least they're not rediculously overpriced.

jcrew's got several out as well, i believe, for under a hundred

I'm oddly fond of the print, but I just could never wear a pair of rain boots.

i have been seeing these for over a year now. i guess Saks decided to get in on it. there are plenty of colors and prints available by Pucci. I think netaporter.com may have some.
