There's an enormous masonic hall down the road from me actually...

I'll bet you have that VERY SPECIAL handshake ................

Sadly, the building now peddles antiques pillaged from the south of France rather than the workingman's rhetoric of yesteryear.

Ca c'est la vie ............

Still , I,m a GREAT believer in conspiracy theory , and you never know who is watching .

REMEMBER B)

' Just because you're paranoid does NOT mean that they're not out to get you !!!!!.........:innocent:

Ha!

Reminds me of a classic Terry Pratchett quip: A man preaches that we should all worship the Gods just in case they exist, he wakes up in Heaven to find himself surrounded by angry Gods with big sticks, which just goes to show that nobody likes a smart-****.

American Apparel, they sell women's versions of the above picture. Unless you mean not them, I dunno lol.

I know but I want something similar but from another brand, because the ones at American Apparel have sleeves that are too long.....

Anyone got an idea on where I can get a similar hoodie?

the debate goes on.. here and article from bbc of today for those who care to have a look

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/4639235.stm

Thanks for the article , Lena . It explains a lot of the hysteria surrounding what is simply a very useful and practical item of clothing .

What next ? Sunglasses will be banned in the UK , as it will naturally be suspected that you are trying to appear anonymous , and have something to hide .

Don't laugh , anything could happen in this Godforsaken little country ........

you are welcome kit.. i'm certainly not laughing here

just wondering what all the very concerned people think now in light of the fact that the video cameras have identified the terrorist bombers in london's tube...???

what if they had been wearing a hoodie and sunglasses?...
and were now still on the loose...?
what if it was a serial r*pist who couoldn't be identified by victims and therefore could not be caught by police or prosecuted...

PRIORITIES PEOPLE...someone's 'right' to wear a hooded sweatshirt is certainly secondary to public safety...no?...:judge:

doens need too much thought to understand that terrorists try to look like perfectly 'normal' citizens in order to 'blend' in with the crowd, they'd never pull up a hood cause they would have been caught immediately right? they'd be suspicious

those guys never wore a hood, they wore baseball hats right?
so, shall we forbid wearing hats/baseball caps in the city?
is that the new thing?

what's next?

no. personal freedom can not be sacrafised to such an extent. this is exactly what the aim of terrorism is.

---they didn't hide their faces because they were SUICIDE bombers...
getting caught was never a concern because they knew they'd be DEAD...

---BUT the second copycat bombers seemed to be different...and now that they have realized that the cameras will get them caught...
they might very well try to hide from the camera...so this is why i bring it up...

**how is outlawing a baseball cap analagous?...
it doesn't hide your face or identity...
there is no LOGIC to that argument...

faust...
freedom means NOTHING if you are DEAD!!!...

whatever miss softie, i'm tired arguing with you :P

The first thing the government wants you to do is give up your rights by keeping you in a constant state of fear. They'll scare the living sh*t out of you by making you think there's a terrorist (or whatever) lurking in every corner, and as a result, people will go, "Welllllll, maybe my rights just aren't that important on a wider scale". And then after some time passes, the people realize they f*cked themselves by listening to the government. This whole regulation of hoodies mess is just a stupid, very stupid short term 'solution' to something that will have drastic long term effects.
