Eh. Lots of DH doesn't equate anything.... except massive credit card debt for those who spend beyond their means. A pecari luggage set does not impress. It just makes me shake my head. Same goes for a DH pillbox. Waste.
This comes from someone that at one point had somewhere between 40-50 pieces at one time. I've really pared down my collection to what I actually wear, and what I think is interesting. Pieces that aren't anything out of the ordinary... I've gotten rid of, and pieces that are TOO different than my personal style (as beautiful as that leather corsage, the arm warmers, the arm pouch, etc. etc. were....) I've also gotten rid of. I'd rather wear than hoard and collect, so the money has gone to fund further interesting pieces that I'd actually get some wear time with.
The longer I'm in the fashion world, the more I learn that a brand shouldn't define your style, but your personal style should define what brands you choose.
I STILL wear a good amount of DH (on average a piece a day really), but I've begun to mix it up a lot more. Ann D., Rick Owens, Carpe... as DH gets further and further mainstream, it seems like more of us who have been into the brand from early on are losing faith.
The last collection was flat out horrible. The current one really leaves much to be desired. I have hope for this upcoming fall, especially for outerwear

, but my rabid loyalty no longer exists.
